This project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the construction of the Mill Creek Water Pollution Control Plant which includes but not limited to screen and grit structure, sequencing batch reactors, tertiary filters, chlorine contact chamber, digester, sludge dewatering building, plant pump station, bulk chemical storage, control building, and blower/chemical building all complete with appurtenances.
