The project generally consists of the removal of existing on site retaining walls and construction of new concrete retaining walls on land and along the Chattahoochee Riverfront with all associated grading. Removal of site fencing along the river front and replacement with 8 foot high black vinyl barbed wire fence and posts. Placement of concrete mow strips at the top and bottom of each wall and on each side of the new fence line.
