The project consists of the removal, disposal, and replacement of the HDPE liner for the Town of Mount Olive WWTP's 5-Day Upset Lagoon. Work shall also include installing a geocomposite liner underneath the proposed HDPE liner, replacing liner batten connections to two (2) concrete headwalls, liner testing, geotechnical testing, subgrade compaction as necessary, the installation of a cleanout on the 12" lagoon effluent line, cleaning of the lagoon effluent line and all required erosion and sedimentation control.
